Dual vga out video card?

ok i have a imb 8215MUB (link at bottom), and i need to get dual display with extended monitor on the 2nd. i have figured out that i am going to have to install a video card, but i really don't know much about them. i have been looking at cards all day and i am still very confused.

1) i am finding vid cards that say dual vga but when i look at the picture i only see one vga port. is there something I'm missing here?

2) i'm seeing in a lot of cases the card will require 250w. my power supply only out puts 225w. but i have read in some places that people are using 225w to supply a 250w card. all i can say is "what?"

3) i think i have a free pci AND a free pci-e slot. is the only difference between these performance and speed?

if any of these questions can be answered you will be my best friend and i will send you a cookie in the mail ( +Shipping and handling ) but if you can make a valid suggestion for a card i will bow down and call you my guru along with a $50,000,000 check in the mail ( check will bounce ) i don't need a bad a$* card. I'm not playing games or anything. the most strenuous thing i will be doing on it is spread sheets ( and of coarse the hog of a windows desktop )

"2) i'm seeing in a lot of cases the card will require 250w. my power supply only out puts 225w. but i have read in some places that people are using 225w to supply a 250w card. all i can say is "what?"" - Yep, and they wonder why they have poor video performance. Duh?

"3) i think i have a free pci AND a free pci-e slot. is the only difference between these performance and speed?" - Yes, just like the performance and speed of a wheelbarrow and a Porshe.

Now, on to your "problem". To add to the above problems, you also have a Small Form Factor (SFF) computer. This will require a half-height or low - profile card to fit in the case.

So you need a dual port, low-profile, PCI video card that will run in a computer that only has a 225w power supply! These are very scarce and expensive. I found one at Tiger Direct: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/… Sparkle RP95GT1024D2LHP GeForce 9500 GT Video Card (Refurbished)
